This electronic book, provided by the National Science Foundation, provides useful guidelines for planning and conducting evaluations.
This site from the University of Wisconsin Extension Service provides very useful guidelines and tools from planning, implementing, and reporting evaluations.
This site, funded by the National Science Foundation, provides guidelines for best evaluation practices, including many focused on educational technology projects.
This site from the University of British
Columbia is primarily focused on research methods, but many of the
techniques and tools can also be applied in the context of evaluations.
This is the official web site for the
American Evaluation Association (AEA), a professional association
dedicated to evaluation. Student membership is $40.00.

The Evaluation Center at Western Michigan
University is well known for its many contributions to evaluation
theory and practice. This Center has done excellent work in
