As specified in Task #1, you will write critiques of five research articles related to a topic of interest to you (worth 20 points).

OPTION 1 - DOING RESEARCH
As specified in Task #2a, you will prepare a research proposal that addresses a question of relevance to your work, implement your research plan, prepare a written research report, and present your research findings to the class (worth 50 points). 

OPTION 2 - APPLYING RESEARCH
As specified in Task #2b, you will synthesize research to serve your needs or the needs of an audience you define, and then you will present your synthesis to the class (worth 50 points). 

As specified in Task #4, you will participate actively in both face-to-face and online class activities. This includes laughing at your professor's lame jokes (worth 10 points).
