You will make substantive
contributions to the WebCT
bulletin board online discussions.
INTRODUCTION
The field of instructional technology is an evolving one wherein
learning comes both from continuous review of the current literature
and by sharing your perspectives with other professionals in the field.
This task is designed to allow you to engage in such activities through
active participation in an asynchronous online learning environment.
The primary focus of the asynchronous online discussions will be
design-based research.
TASK
1. Post responses incorporating your insights about the seminar
readings, your experiences with other tasks included in the seminar,
and your evolving understanding of design-based research.
2. Contributions to online
discussions can be made at anytime. The class will face-to-face once a
month, but your engagement in the online discussion should be evident
every week of the semester.
3. A sense of humor is welcome,
but it is very important to treat others with courtesy and
respect.
