Determine if system approval is

Placement
Approval: Once you think

Form. Wait for placement approval before proceeding
to Step 7 (you can do Step 6 if you think it will be needed). |

Once Preliminary Contract is
approved, gather all signatures. Email each person whose signature is required, attaching a copy of the contract. Ask them to review, and if approved, email MAF, saying "approved" in the message, and with the contract attached. MAF will post a "green light/get started" message on your Board when all approvals have been recieved - do not being logging hours until you see this message.

rec'd and logged in, you may begin intern hours or continue at the 21st
hour. Work through the Contract, completing each element.
Update your Googledoc log approximately every 10 hours of intern
work. If you need to make a significant change in the contract,
