Class Webpage Coordinator
Creates web page with all class members, their URLs, and emails (pix would be nice, too!). Term: just this semester.
Class Recorders
We need many of these - one or two for each segment of the live class - to create notes and possibly electronically capture class events. Since it's too tiring to take exhaustive notes for a long time, this should be divided by agenda topics.
 
TA for the day
One person needed per class day to sit at the desk and "be" Beth/Stephanie (capture todos, drive the computer, run minor errands, etc.)

Courtesy Chair Thanks guests and anyone else who performs special services for the class (not class members). If desired, could do more - like birthday greetings for class members, etc.

Food Committee Figures out innovative ways for us to eat

Photographer Take photos of class events with your own digital camera; transfers pix to Photo Album Keeper  
Photo album keeper Assembles photos into a webpage (with captions); maintains page in own web space  .
*Librarian Manages student folders; manages Fitzgerald's class Inbox; gives out and takes up materials and work
 
*Attendance accountant Records daily attendance
Technician  Fools with technology, does VERY simple troubleshooting and triage; calls in the Official Technical Person when needed and communicates with him. Prepares projection system in advance of every class.
Tech Tip and Last Word Manager Recruits one person per meeting day to give the Tech Tip and Last Word, reminds, and keeps me up-to-date
 
*Timekeeper Keeps presentations from running too long; helps instructor stay on schedule; wields the Honker Horn




Tech Tip Catcher Notes each tech tip and enters on a Tech Tips web page.  









Assignment Page HelpDesk Feels very comfortable with basic web design and GooglePages, answers most questions from class members about making an assignment page, and defers impossible questions to a higher authority (we'll find somebody) .
WebCT HelpDesk Feels very comfortable with basic WebCT mysteries; answers basic questions from class members; defers tough questions to a higher authority .
