There are no teaching assistants; staff members are overworked; and there are no weekend Gwinnett custodians. So - we will distribute these basic tasks among all of us.
Unfortunately, these aren't worth any money.  Consider these as service to your fellow man/woman.

Notetaker Manager
 We need everyone to take notes for about one hour and compile those notes into a collaborative GoogleDoc. The Manager schedules the notetakers and supervises their posting.



Program Development and Evaluation Plan Group Coordinator Compiles group listings into a single webpage for the PDEP project
Courtesy Chair Thanks guests and anyone else who performs special services for the class (not class members). If desired, could do more - like birthday greetings for class members, etc.

 Figures out innovative ways for us to eat lunch
Clean-up Crew Boss
 Removes all evidence of eating behavior (from the building completely); helps us leave the room like we found it; recruits help as needed

Photographer Take photos of class events with your own digital camera; transfers pix to Photo Album Keeper

Photo album keeper Assembles photos into a webpage (with captions); maintains page in own web space

Librarian/Attendance accountant Records daily attendance; other minor management tasks on class days, such as jotting down to-do items for MAF.

Exhibition Manager Collects exhibition topics and compiles online; exempt from assignment

Timekeeper Keeps presentations from running too long; helps instructor stay on schedule. Wields the Honker Horn.

Last Word Manager Recruits class members to provide the Last Word each meeting; keeps me informed

Cohort 8 Webmaster (this term)
 Creates Class Assignment Page (a list of everyone's name and URL) and keeps it current throughout the semester

Tech HelpDesk Feels very comfortable with basic WebCT mysteries; answers basic questions from class members; defers tough questions to a higher authority
