This Week's Rivalry: Colorado Buffaloes

When: September thru November (football season)

Why: Perhaps you weren't happy with the feedback you received on that paper, maybe your meetings keep getting rescheduled and it's delaying your progress, or perhaps you just want to pester that faculty member for not smiling back this morning. Whatever your reason for revenge, you'll have the chance to get it this football season!

How: Every week between September 6 and November 15, you can purchase stickers for UGA's football opponents for $1/each to be placed on the doors of EPIT faculty. Orders may be placed in person with any ITSA Executive Council member, via the order form, or by calling/texting 979-492-6579. Payment will be arranged in the order confirmation. There are no limits to how many stickers you can buy or how many different faculty members you can target. On the Friday evening before each game, ITSA will make sure that all stickers for the week are removed from faculty doors.

Fine print: The ITSA Executive Council has compiled a list of faculty members who are ineligible for this activity. You may not request the following faculty for your target: Stephen Cramer, Mary Ann Fitzgerald, Shawn Glynn, Tom Hébert, Meg Hines, Michele Lease, Juanita Matthews-Morgan, Tom Reeves, Karen Samuelsen, or Michael Spector. The remaining eligible faculty have also been given the option of purchasing "Revenge Insurance" for any week during the fundraiser.

Bowl-a-Thon

On Friday, October 15, ITSA Members will give it their best shot to bowl a perfect game!

Download your pledge sheet and ask faculty, staff, students, and friends to support you! Be sure to bring it with you so that ITSA can tally up how much each donor will owe at the end of the night.

Donors

ITSA is trying to raise money to help support students who wish to travel to the AECT and AERA conferences this year. The Bowl-a-Thon will feature ITSA Members bowling as many games as they can between 6:30 and 8:30 PM. Donors are asked to pledge any amount they'd like for each complete game bowled. Resultes of the event will be posted here and your bowler will contact you during the week after the event to collect your final donation.

Fish Fry Tailgate

On Saturday, October 9th, the Georgia Dawgs will face off against Tennessee. Join ITSA at MoWeks (130 Ware St) for a pre-game tailgate and purchase your fried fish platter! ITSA Members will be serving up fresh caught catfish, potato salad, beans, and more! Check out the flyer for more info.

Spring Cleaning Yardsale

Spring time is perfect for cleaning out closets and dusting off the cobwebs! Feel free to contact any ITSA member regarding donations to the yardsale or stop on by to see what's available! ITSA will host a pot luck BBQ afterwards for all LDT faculty, staff, students, and their families. (Date TBA)
