Perhaps not, but it creates a depth to the lesson that isn't arrived at any other way. We learn best by getting past our mistakes. The time it takes to do so is a luxury. From a business point of view, flow comes into play by encouraging employees to take the problems home and struggle with them there. Isn't there a company running TV ads showing their staff wearing computer monitors on the golf course?
