An interesting point. ( I have been meaning to point out that one might also say that publishing papers on a listserv and discussing them is a minority occupation for most people. Which of course is not a reason for us to stop doing it. ) I think that Henry has an interesting point about the ability to pick what type of activity you would like to participate in. And really, it is likely that minority will become the majority in a few short years.
