Purpose of this
Assignment
Because of the way the school year
runs, it's almost critical that the
first steps of any applied project take place before Christmas in
order to complete data collection by May. In your design, your
First Step will be identified. You should take this initial step and
provide a brief report about it. In addition, you should
incorporate your attempts to respond to any feedback previously given
for drafts of Applied Project pieces.

Task
- Provide prior relevant drafts and feedback along with your
assignment
submission.
- Rework any Design or Development elements according to feedback
received earlier. Highlight these changes, if possible.
- Restate the First Step identified in your Design.
- Take the First Step, whatever it is. Do additional parts of
your Design if appropriate.
- Write a brief report telling what you did and how well it went.
(It does not matter if your effort succeeded - your attempt is what
counts here.) The report may be in brief, bulleted language.
- Provide evidence to document your First Step. This should
be some little artifact or show-and-tell item that corresponds with
what you did.
