Assignment P
Electronic Slideshow
Value as described: 15 points

Purpose
Electronic slideshows are valuable instructional tools.  They can be used when one person wishes to present information to a group, and they can also be designed as single-user tutorials.  The purpose of this assignment is to provide practice with this tool.  You will also benefit from sharing your product with classmates, and from experiencing their slideshows.

Task
Choose an instructional objective that will be useful to you in your professional life.  Design an 8-10 minute slideshow lesson.  You will present this lesson in class.  Electronic slideshows can be many different things: straightforward presentations of information, interactive branching tutorials, games, animated demonstrations - don't be limited in your conception of what Powerpoint can do.
